I have over 30 years supervisory and building experience in domestic housing industry. I began my apprenticeship as a carpenter in 1982, having spent my entire life around building sites with my father owning a family building company. I have since owned and operated a successful commercial building company, as well as contracting to major Adelaide building housing and commercial building companies.
The reports are AS 4349.1 compliant and I recommend completing the report during the cooling off period, where you have the opportunity if you wish, to join me for the inspection and see first hand the issues. The reports are sent to you the same day of the inspection.
Using all of the newest technology including thermal cameras, cavity cameras, moisture meters, leaking gas detection meters, and laser leveling equipment, coupled with my extensive background in building construction techniques, I am able to provide reliable and thorough inspection reports that home buyers can use to their advantage in their purchase decision.
Your Integrity building inspection report will be carried out by our licensed, qualified and insured inspector and compliant with the Australian Standard AS 4349.1
Length of the report: Approx. 50 pages including photographic evidence, thermal images, leaking gas report and moisture readings is emailed to you on the day the report is completed.
